Calculate your due date, see exactly where you are in your pregnancy, and find out the perfect time for each ultrasound — right down to the week.
Tip: most providers calculate due dates from the first day of your last period. Not sure? An ultrasound dating is more accurate.
Each milestone shows when that ultrasound is most accurate.
Based on where you are in your pregnancy:

This calculator provides an estimate only. Your actual due date may vary — only about 5% of babies arrive on their estimated due date. For medical questions, always consult your healthcare provider.
Your estimated due date is 280 days — about 40 weeks — from the first day of your last menstrual period. This is called Naegele's rule, and it's the same formula your OB-GYN or midwife uses at your first prenatal visit.
Our free calculator offers three ways to figure out your due date:
Keep in mind that only about 5% of babies are born on their estimated due date. Most arrive within two weeks before or after — so think of your due date as a guide, not a deadline.
This is the question we hear most often at our McAllen ultrasound studio. The good news: there are now multiple ways to find out earlier than ever before.
Planning a gender reveal party? Use the calculator above to find your exact eligibility date for each method — so you can book the perfect window and plan ahead with confidence.
For the clearest, most detailed 3D and 4D ultrasound images of your baby's face, we recommend booking your session between 26 and 32 weeks of pregnancy.
Here's why that window matters: before 26 weeks, your baby may not have developed enough subcutaneous fat for those classic chubby-cheeked features that make 4D scans so memorable. After 32 weeks, baby is often too snug against the uterine wall — meaning faces get pressed against the placenta and you may not get the clear view you're hoping for.
If you're outside this window, don't worry. Our calculator will look at your current stage of pregnancy and recommend the package that's right for you — whether that's an early pregnancy confirmation, a gender reveal, or a late-pregnancy bonding session.
